Mavride LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation services in the Greater Houston area, offering timely and safe transport to doctor’s appointments, dialysis, therapy sessions, and hospital discharges.
We have outlined our service rates below which apply to both private-pay clients, facilities, and Medicaid.

Discounts & Surcharges
- Round trip discount: 10% off for ambulatory and wheelchair services
- After hours/Holidays: +25% surcharge
- Additional rider: $15 flat fee
Other Charges (When Applicable)
- No Show/Cancellation: Less than 2 hrs before appointment: $25
- Cleaning Fee (Biohazard/Special Clean-up): $50 – $200
Operating Hours
- Monday – Friday: 5:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday & Holidays: By appointment only
Payment Method
- We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, and checks
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Medicaid: Trips are billed according to the terms of the agreement.
