Trip Coordinator / Dispatcher
Coordinate NEMT trip scheduling and provider dispatch on behalf of our health plan and MCO partners. Communicate with providers, facilities, and health plan case managers to ensure on-time trip completion. Monitor trip performance and resolve issues in real time.

Provider Relations Associate
Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with transportation providers across Texas. Support provider credentialing, performance reviews, and network expansion. Work directly with the operations team to maintain network coverage across all 254 counties.

Account Manager — Health Plans & MCOs
Serve as the primary point of contact for Mavride’s health plan and MCO partners. Manage program reporting, resolve escalations, and support contract compliance. Build strong relationships with partner organizations to grow program volume and satisfaction.

Operations & Compliance Coordinator
Support Mavride’s internal compliance processes including provider credentialing review, trip documentation, and audit preparation. Ensure all operations meet Texas HHSC and Medicaid transportation standards.
Role : 5
Administrative & Office Support
Provide administrative support to the Mavride operations team including scheduling, data entry, document management, and communications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills — written and spoken English required; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, medical transportation, logistics, or operations preferred
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, and operations software (scheduling, CRM, or dispatch systems)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to customer service, compliance, and team collaboration
- Valid Texas driver’s license (required for field-based roles)
- Must pass a mandatory pre-employment background check and drug screening
