Dear Valued Clients and Partners

Mavride LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation services in the Greater Houston area, offering timely and safe transport to doctor’s appointments, dialysis, therapy sessions, and hospital discharges.

We have outlined our service rates below which apply to both private-pay clients, facilities, and Medicaid.

Service Types & Rates

Ambulatory (Sedan)	$25	$2	$15 / 30 minutes
Wheelchair Van	$40	$3	$15 / 30 minutes
Stretcher/Gurney Transport	$80	$4	$20 / 30 minutes

Discounts & Surcharges

Round trip discount: 10% off for ambulatory and wheelchair services
After hours/Holidays: +25% surcharge
Additional rider: $15 flat fee

Other Charges (When Applicable)

No Show/Cancellation: Less than 2 hrs before appointment: $25
Cleaning Fee (Biohazard/Special Clean-up): $50 – $200

Operating Hours

Monday – Friday: 5:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday & Holidays: By appointment only

Payment Method

We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, and checks
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Medicaid: Trips are billed according to the terms of the agreement.
