Who We Are
Mavride is a Texas HHSC credentialed NEMT Transportation Network Operator headquartered in Houston, Texas. We serve as a broker between health plans, MCOs, hospitals, and state Medicaid programs — and the transportation providers who safely move their members. As a certified TNO, we are authorized to coordinate NEMT for Medicaid and managed care members across all 254 Texas counties. We manage the entire trip lifecycle: intake, dispatch, real-time monitoring, driver credentialing, performance reporting, and compliance documentation. Our team brings deep expertise in Texas Medicaid policy, HHSC requirements, and NEMT operations. We understand what health plans, MCOs, and facilities need — and we build our services around those requirements.
